is a nominal shipping charge.

the shipment. Rush orders are shipped FEDEX,
AIRBORNE, and UPS NEXT DAY depending on the

to Expect Your Package: |

products will be shipped FedEx or UPS Ground within
the United States to provide your delivery
usually, same business day if ordered before
2PM (CST). Your order usually
arrives within 48 hours. Some items
not in stock may require up to 6 business days depending
on the warehouse and shipping destination. Your package can be
tracked from your Order

package will arrive within 10 to14 business
days depending on the carrier and shipping
method you select. SHOPMASH.com is not
responsible for any delays in customs.

Back-Ordered
Items |

Occasionally,
some items may be out of stock and
will be on back-order status. We will
process the remaining ordered items
and ship the partial order. You will
only be charged for the items
immediately shipped plus the shipping
charge if any. We will inform you by
e-mail when this occurs. When we
receive your item(s) in stock, we will
ship it to you and charge you only for
that item without any additional
shipping charges. |

an item has been discontinued and is
no longer available, we will cancel
that item from your order and inform
you by e-mail. You will not be charged
for any discontinued items.

customers are welcome. All
orders must be placed via our
phone order system at

Currently, international orders
can not be placed
on-line through SHOPMASH.com.
Our shipping policy and times
will be different from the
continental U. S. orders. Simply
place the order by phone and we
will quote your the shipping
time and cost. |
