SHOPMASH.com, we want to please our customers with
quality products. If your item arrives damaged or
in poor condition, we'll be happy to replace the
item within 30 days of the purchase date. Just
follow the steps below. |

us at mashcorporate@covad.net
including your order number and the item# that
is damaged. |
|
2.
|
Provide
description of specific damage to the item. |
|
3.
|
Within
the next business day, we will assign a RA#
(Return Authorization). You will be notified by
e-mail. |
|
4.
|
We
will process your replacement item and ship it on
the same day, or when the item becomes available
in stock. (Outbound Shipping charges will
apply). |
|
5.
|
All exchanges not due to a SHOPMASH.com error, may
be
subject to a 25% restocking fee. |

One of our goals at SHOPMASH.com is for our
customers to be completely satisfied. We have a full
30-day return policy from the time of purchase if
you are dissatisfied with your product; however
because of our Low Prices Everyday a 25% restocking
charge may be charged less any actual
shipping/handling charges. No returns accepted
after 30 days. |

Please
note: Due to health and safety concerns, opened
packages of disposable and reusable incontinence
products, enteral products, food products, AED
Equipment/Supplies, and
personal products cannot be accepted for returns
or credit refunds. All merchandise returned
without an Return Authorization Number (RA#),
including refusal of delivery, will be subject to restocking fee and less any actual
shipping/handling charges.

Return
eligibility: Products must be returned in a
condition allowing resale. Partial cases or
shipping units with items missing will not be
accepted. Special orders, custom made products,
and oxygen concentrators with operation time
cannot be accepted for returns or credit refunds.
Shipping charges for returns will be the
responsibility of the customer with the exception
of mishandled shipments and defective products. |

e-mail. You must have a RA# to receive credit for
all returns. |

will also receive simple instructions for your
return. Your package must be in its original box
and you must write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of the
shipping box. |

5.
|
Once
we receive your returned item, we will process
your return and credit your account. Please allow
5 to 10 business days for credit to be issued. |

We're sorry, but at this time we do not
accept personal checks, money orders or
credit cards for international orders.
International Orders must use a Bank Wire
for payment. For instructions on this

forms of payment (Cashier's Check, Money
Order, and Personal Checks on US Banks ONLY) are also honored
at SHOPMASH.com. We will release your order

Sales
Tax: |

Sales
tax is charged only on orders sent within
the State of Alabama. Alabama State Law
requires that we charge a sales tax of 8% on
the full amount of the order. Shipping and
handling are considered part of the product.
